I was at a conference two weeks ago, and I showed the beta of some materials to a friend. He told me that just the day before, his wife and daughter were stopped at a red light which was marked “No Right on Red.”
A car full of teens behind them were honking and screaming and actually got out of their car to harass the woman and her daughter in the road, in their windows.
The mom opened up the window and screamed at them.
I asked if she called 911 – he said she didn’t.
At that point, I would have made the illegal turn and called 911. But who knows, would I have had the wherewithal to do that?
Stupid road rage. Another reason to get a dash cam.
I was told by some staties in New Hampshire that there is (or is going to be) a portal to upload dashcam footage and reports. I’ll have to look into that.
